Lisburn Fibromyalgia Support Group’s next meeting is on Thursday 5th February, 2026, from 1-3pm.

Laganview Enterprise Centre, 69 Drumbeg Drive, Lisburn BT28 1NY.

Covering topics such as acceptance, pacing, diary keeping and relaxation etc. There will be many tips and skills to help and support you in managing your pain. Donation of £2 requested to help cover our costs of room hire and refreshments etc.
