Book delivery & returns
Orders usually arrive within 3–10 days. International shipments may be subject to customs checks or local fees—these are set within your country and are outside my control.
There are no refunds. If an order is returned to me as undelivered, I can resend to you by request once the new delivery fee has been paid.
It has never happened, but if your order arrives damaged, please photograph it while still in its packaging, then contact the postal service or courier. Once items leave my hands, responsibility rests with the delivery service.
